How do I order a hot tub?
Välj först vilken modell du vill ha, tryck på den gröna knappen Bygg din egen badtunna, välj de tillbehör du önskar och lägg varan i varukorgen. Klicka på Varukorgen, kolla så du valt rätt produkt och klicka dig vidare till kassan, fyll i dina uppgifter och gå vidare till betalning. Välj betalningsalternativ, t.ex. faktura, läs igenom försäljnings- och köpevillkoren och tryck på slutför köp. Du kommer få en bekräftelse på din angivna mejladress med leveransinformation.
How is the delivery done?
Topolis AB samarbetar med ett fraktbolag som levererar våra produkter ut till kund. Alla badtunnor placeras och paketeras på sidan på en europall och körs med en låg trailer. Kunden måste vara på plats, ta emot tunnan och signera leveransdokument. Avlastning sker för hand. Finns det traktor att tillhandahålla underlättar det avlastningen.
Can you use chlorine in a hot tub?
Planerar du att behålla vattnet i tunnan längre tid behövs spakemikalier. Det är viktigt att du använder spakem, inte poolkem. Vid användning av klor är det mycket viktigt att du håller rätt PH i vattnet och inte överdoserar klorprodukter. Överdosering leder till skador på insatsen och andra delar i tunnan.
How long does the guarantee last?
För alla våra badtunnor lämnar vi 24 månaders garanti. För alla elektriska delar som är installerade i tunnan lämnar vi 12 månaders garanti. Garantin gäller tillverkningsfel. Garantin gäller inte skador som uppkommit på grund av felhantering av badtunnan.
När ska jag välja kamin i AISI 316 stål?
Standardkamin är gjord i AISI 304 rostfritt stål. Till dig som planerar att använda saltvatten (havsvatten) eller placera badtunnan nära havet rekommenderas AISI 316 stål.
