Your ordered product comes directly from the manufacturer and is delivered by our partners who transport the product well wrapped on a euro-pallet and driven on a low trailer that can arrive where a regular passenger car can drive.
On the date of delivery, the customer is required to be on site and able to receive the goods. To facilitate this for our customers, we deliver we mainly work on weekends Friday - Sunday. When ordering a sauna, you need to customer arranging relief on the day of delivery by tractor with long forks or crane truck. Within a few days you will receive a confirmation and delivery date.
