One day when the phone rang and I picked it up, ready to talk to a customer and answer questions about our products, it was instead a man who congratulated me that my company had been named the county's company of 2023.

The man introduced himself by saying that he was calling from Sveriges Företag, a company that compares the fastest growing companies in the country. He also asked me what the secret was behind such a young and successful company. Especially now that the situation in the world looks like it does.

Of course I was happy and surprised. I knew that the company was doing well, but I didn't know that Topolis AB would be chosen as the county's company. I could not have guessed that.

Then I also asked myself what I had done that was so special to succeed. And the answer was that there is no secret recipe for success.

I have worked incredibly hard during these years to build and maintain my business. I spent many more hours at work than a normal working week and all weekends. All hobbies and other interests had to be put aside for the time being. All my waking hours were spent on building a business that can offer the best quality products at the best price. This was not easy to realize and we are still struggling to maintain this plan.
