How Topolis AB was created
The owner of the company is Marius Lukosius, who is from Lithuania but moved to Sweden in 2005. During this time I have worked as a carpenter but have long thought about starting my own business with a focus on imports.
I noticed early on that log houses fit into the Swedish environment and are very popular, and I have always wanted to own my own log house, so I started looking among the Lithuanian companies who could build my dream house.
The market was large but it was not easy to find a supplier who could meet all my requirements for a reasonable price. After a few years of searching, I finally found a supplier who could meet my requirements and more. My log house was built and I was more than satisfied. However, the interest in log houses only grew during this period so a business idea was born!
My passion is not only in log houses so I have gathered here some carefully selected, Lithuanian manufacturers and can proudly offer a wide range of products such as log house and stavlaft buildings, saunas, hot tubs, metal products, greenhouses and labor hire throughout Sweden at affordable prices!

About carpenters
Our head carpenter is Arvydas Jurkaitis, a well-known carpenter from Lithuania. He started his career building log houses in 1988 in deep Siberia on Lake Baikal. His passion for carpentry was so strong that he built house after house first in Siberia and then in Lithuania.
In 1998 he was trained by a Norwegian carpenter how to make a so-called Norwegian knot. After this, Arvydas built many log and stick-built houses in Norway.
In total, more than 100 houses were built by the same person. After so many years in the industry, he has accumulated a lot of information, knowledge and contacts that now allow him to build houses of the highest quality.
